About Us

Beginning in the construction industry back in 2010, where every project demanded precision, trust, and follow-through from its people. Brendan Roche learned early, that people are the essential element to every successful project.

Moreover, that a successful job-site runs the same way a successful business does. — By creating clear systems, for smart management, allowing reliability, and smoother day-to-day operations for its people.

Having found his passion for business, Brendan levelled up his skills with Qualifications in Bookkeeping and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, to gain greater insight and evolve his knowledge of Business as a system of stakeholders, whose interpersonal relationships are connected to the community in which they live.

From there, Brendan created Roche Business Consultants, to provide a support network of people, as the go-to team for your business to build structure, clarity, and growth without the headache. We don’t speak corporate fluff. We talk in results, numbers, and practical steps.
